  1. That appears wonderful but i am still not so sure that I prefer it. At any rate will look far more into it and choose for myself! :)

  2. Well, that is good, however what about the other choices we have here? Do you mind making a further article about all of them also? Thanks a bunch!

  3. After reading this I must say I agree with Dawn Marie in that this was one of the Biggest Eye Opener I have read in a ver long, long time. I do not remember ever reading or hearing about this part of history before. I too had tears in my eyes after I read this story. Only if we could get people like Col. Corcket and Mr. Bunce back in the Congress and Senate today we would have a country walking a straight line again. I have often wondered if we could ever find an honest Politician and then someone would give me a good old fassion sockdolager and bring me back to reality. You just have to love that word Sockdolager. Again a new word I have learned today as well.Anyway I think we need to hand out a few Sockdolagers come November and I dont mean just the Demagogues. Yes the Repugnants need a very large Sockdolager as well. There is not many in DC today that we can truely call HONEST and for the most part they are all crooks and theives up there. Please people, talk to everyone you can and express how important it is for them to vet these candidates and choose someone you think will be an honest broker of the people. But it is important we get rid of the trash that is in DC now. It is time to clean out the gutters up there and start fresh. I can not express strongly enough that all incumbents go and new people be put in place with the understanding that if they do not live up to their oath of office they too will be removed from office. Thank You all for your time and reading my post.

  10. tgs, great day at Sheffield, great display by Supermac, went to every game on the way to Wembley but could not get a ticket for the final, watched on tv what a let down, did get to the 1976 League Cup final still depressed although the did play ok.

  11. Why isnt Mrs. Palins youngest son on the trip? Why isnt he ever involved in the family bonding experiences? They left him home whenever they went to do something cool for the SPAK show, they left him out of the tour of Americas most revolutionary places, and they leave him out of all media.

  12. 4. Foolhardiness is more like taking a risk for the fun of it, for the thrill of the ride. Fearlessness is taking a risk because you have to and not being afraid of doing so because God is always with us.

  13. And I have to say I admire Mitch Daniels for choosing his familys emotional well being over the day to day hell of a presidential campaign. Just imagine how different the lives of the Palin children would be if their mom had made the same decision.

  14. I have to say that I say that it is CRUELTY! Animals other than domestic animals should be left in the wild.. RICH :0)Richard Bejah recently posted..Daily Quote 08-04-2010

  15. See if scientists admit the laws of nature are not constant, then they vividly show they cannot prove anything; since science is built on the fact you must observe and then test over and over too find something reliable. But if the laws of nature are not reliable then none of their experiments are reliable ether (which is what they really are anyway). But, by their own worldview, unless they can observe and test the laws of nature for all times, then they cannot prove they are constant by their own worldview. But the bible does in fact say the laws of nature are constant. Therefore, if scientist rely on the constancy and reliability of natures laws to produce tests that say the bible is not true, then they self defeat themselves for they are affirming the bible to deny it!

  16. Now, does not this sound familiar, the confiscation of assets, the mass murders? Oh, yes, Russia, 1917, the victory of the Bolsheviks, the carrying out of Marx’s program of Communism, when a government which believed in the principle of solidarity was installed to enslave the gentile Russian people.

  17. Does anyone know the movie that the line I hope you go to a nice coffee shop, Jack. Ive forgotten and its killing me.

  18. At the very least I wish we didnt feel the need to cater to every whim of older Americans. Plus I think its really ironic when I see these old people at town hall meetings yammering about how horrible socialized healthcare is while simultaneously collecting Medicare and Social Security benefits. And what about military and government employees. Arent they getting healthcare plans on my dime?

  19. Oh my God! I really dont know to say. Again! Summer is such a s wonderful and kind soul that we all look up to with a good reason! She touched me on so many levels that I really do feel different about myself. She truly is one of a kind and even if I traveled the Galaxy, I wouldnt find someone that is nicer or more generous to people than she is. She is like a best friend to me though she doesnt know who I am:) But it doesnt matter. Atlantic or no Atlantic between us, I am her fan always.

  20. Agree with you on both counts, JF. But I think a month suspension was the plan anyway, regardless of whether Florida won or lost these last two games.

  21. It would be nice for the national sports media to treat the Phillies like a legitimate power player in the MLB, and not the half-wits who somehow managed to stumble their way into contention despite the fact that they dont have a Santana or a Sabathia or an A-Rod or Jeter, only get their runs from the long ball (which, of course, is all luck and not a legitimate way to win games), and have violent, backstabbing, disgruntled fans who booed at football game half-time Santa Claus 40 years ago.

  30. Hey Melody Avoiding Self-righteousnessIronically, homosexuality also poses a challenge for heterosexual Christians. We may let feelings of contempt or fear lead us into the sin of self-righteousness. But Jesus and other New Testament leaders taught by word and example not to be self-righteous or discriminate against those we consider to be sinners (Matthew 9:10-13, Luke 7:36-48, 18:9-14).

  31. I might be inclined to spend somebody to aid me get fans

  32. This is true quality content that I can relate to. Thank you for your candor and great passion for this subject. This is good work.

  33. Just because you dont like what they do in the bedroom shouldnt be the basis for bigotry. (BTW, hetersexual couples being 90% of the population DO all those things gay couples do in the bedroom. Lots more actually because there are so many.)

  34. I truly appreciate your piece of work, Great post.

  35. the article i read said one (minority)man six votes. i dont think it meant everyone got 6, that wouldnt accomplish anything. its disgusting to say the least.

  36. I love a good article and this one is great. You make many interesting points and I agree on several. I don’t disagree on others, but they require some thought.

  37. I keep thinking they are too old to make much noise in the 2010 Playoffs, but they keep bouncing back the win against Dallas was impressive over the weekend. Well know more after they face my Nuggets this week in Boston!

  38. chuck bI have a horrible feeling about November, I hope and pray I am wrong.

  39. Heres a scare tactic. There are no more democrates, the socialist have taken over that party. Heres a list of self proclaimed socialists. Now it all makes sense.

  40. Insider access is the only thing the local writers have left if they lose that, they know nobody will care about their worthless opinions anymore, so its all about towing the company line to keep that access.

  41. I would disagree with you, bw. Both liberals and conservatives (Republicans and Democrats or whatever label youd like) tend to ignore the principals once theyre in charge. We saw it with worries about civil liberties and before that fiscal conservatism. Well see it again, Im sure.

  42. Great stuff as usual…

  43. This blogis a whole lot much better than my cousin Steves blog. He really doesnt determine what hes writing.

  44. pwede kaya ulit ako mag pacer sa tbr?sana may tshirt o singlet na din ang pacer.hehhehehehe

  45. I read your article while I was at work, so I had to come back to it when I got home. I reread it I learned more the second time.

  46. I agree that most people want to live in peace but in all democratic countries people who feel that the law is not listening to them have the right to public demonstration. Sometimes it is the only way that they can bring their grievances out in the open. The law does not always do the right thing by people especially if they are a minority group. You will always have your point of view but sometimes like all of us we have to stand back and look at why people resort to the action that they choose to take. Agreed, there are always at least two sides to a story and I am interested to know why you think that people should not have the right to voice their protest and why you think that the use of guns may be justifiable. They may not represent all of the civilian population on the island but they are people who seem to be standing up for something that they think is right and I for one do not think that shooting at them is the right thing to do. If the law of your country is as good as you think it is then why can it not resolve this situation peacefully?

  47. The key is the financial backing. Remember when Lamar Hunt’s father heard how much money his son had lost in the first year of the AFL, he said, “At this rate we’ll be broke in the year 2200 (or some year that was eons ahead of 1960).” The owners of the AFL (with the exception of Al Davis) franchises were far wealthier than the owners of the NFL franchises, and that is what gave them the ability to poach Joe Nameth, and players. It was paying them more that got the talent away from the NFL, and got the NFL to pay attention and not gimmicks like the XFL.

  48. This is exactly the type of information I’ve been looking for. Thank you for posting this article for readers. We can all learn from this.

  49. The whole country is not sorry, but the ones with the foulest mouths and the loudest bellows make not very iontelligent people think that he might be losing support.

  50. Only the top five teams have a shot? how about 2008? Notice the second lowest salaried team made the AL Championship Series and happened to lose but beat the highly paid Boston Red Sox.

  51. It’s easy to tell this writer has a lot of insight in this area. This kind of forward thinking is uncommon in today’s society. It’s refreshing to know that someone besides me thinks this way.

  52. If there is an award for great content this article should win the blue ribbon. I haven’t read such wonderful content in quite a while.

  53. Not too many writers could make this material interesting, but you managed it. I enjoyed reading your thoughts and ideas. I agree with much of what you have written here.

  54. Simply thought I’d comment and also say well put together theme, would you set it up for yourself? Actually looks awesome!

  55. I’m not a writer, but I do love to read and I know what I like. I also know good writing when I see it and this is very good.

  59. Another awesome post! Definitely can’t wait for more!

  60. Just keep on writing, you are helping lots of people. Thanks much.

  61. According to Thomas Jefferson, we (people vs govt) should have had a few rebellions by now. WTF. The goddamn rich are getting too rich too fast. Voting wont work, boycotting wont do the job. Am I ready for some pain and suffering? Its going to be difficult watching my kids go through it. What will happen when the internet is eventually taken over? Alot of people think Im nuts. When reading yahoo news and commenting to people who really think theres a fucking difference between dems and repubs I think its almost hopeless. jesus christ! Its right in our face, in the NY times, wall st journal and people still dont get it. Lets all meet and go target practicing. What the hell. The top 1% rich part of the nations population back the war in the middle east anyway. Lets givem some. Like Mike said earlier. the jew represents 1% of the nations population and their running over a 3rd of our govt. What do you think? Anymore Thomas Jeffersons out there?

  62. To DGT: Thanks for proving my point: Google Catholics probably shouldn’t work in emergency rooms (use the quotes) and see what comes up and who the sources are its the same old, same old malicious Republican BS tactics. The primary distribution source for that little bit of disinfo is sleazeball right winger (surprise, surprise) Jim Hoft of Fox Nation and Gateway Pundit. The quote however originated with a radio interview with small time conservative talk show host, Ken Pittman, (are there any other types these days?) who parsed out and featured bits and pieces from a lengthy interview with Coakley, which was then picked up by Hoft for the BFD treatment.

  63. This poll may not be a snapshot of the actual electorate but I am voting for Brown and everyone I know is as well. That includes many who voted for Obama and our esteemed Governor Deval Patrick. The people calling in to talk radio are saying they are atoning for casting a vote for Obama. Me, Im just voting for Real Change in the reperesentation of my home state. I would like to see John Kerry voted out next.

  64. While I certainly agree with Doodys point You’re always being judged, that’s the culture we live in, the question we must ask ourselves is, is RateBU right?

  90. Many thanks for finding the time to help make pay off the terminlogy into the newbies!

  91. Thanks for the tips you have shared here. Also, I believe there are some factors that will keep your insurance premium decrease. One is, to contemplate buying autos that are inside good directory of car insurance companies. Cars which are expensive are definitely more at risk of being snatched. Aside from that insurance coverage is also in line with the value of your truck, so the more costly it is, then the higher the actual premium you pay.

I cried first and then prayed for you. After that my husband told me a guy at his work made a nonchalant comment that he would have three kids had he not aborted them . Something about child support. I wanted to wring his neck. That’s abortion on demand for you . It’s sickening! How people devalue human life. May God Bless you and yours-
    Love, Amy
